Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as store credit, which remains valid for a period of 4 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be used across our entire collection.
Eligibility Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Defective / Damaged Items
In the rare event of receiving a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a priority replacement or full store credit once the defect is verified.
Return Process
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a return. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup. Store credit is issued after a quality check at our studio.
Important Notes
Customized orders and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are deducted from the store credit amount unless the item was defective.
