  • We offer premium Indian ethnic and fusion wear for women, including sarees, kurta sets, co-ords, lehengas, and Indo‑western outfits.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of fabrics.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • We may offer multiple payment options (such as cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.). Available options will be shown at checkout.
5. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp). This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we dispatch your product(s).

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • – Payment is not authorized.
  • – The item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • – There is a pricing or product information error.
  • – We suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will process a refund or store credit as per our policies.

6. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout; these are estimates only and may vary due to your location, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.
  • Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Please read this section carefully as it reflects your Return & Exchange Policy.

1. No Refunds to Original Payment Method

– We do not offer refunds to the original mode of payment.

2. Returns for Store Credit Only

– In case of an approved return, you will receive store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping, if any).
– Store credit will be valid for 4 months from the date of issue.
– You can use this store credit to purchase any product on our website within the validity period.

3. Return Window

– All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

4. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– Unused and unwashed.
– Unaltered and without stains or damage.
– In its original condition, with all original tags intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

– If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must record a clear unboxing video as proof.
– Share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery via Email (support.houseoflurasa@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 99535 55878).

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup of the defective product and ship a replacement product at no additional cost (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, we may issue store credit.

6. Important Notes

– Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
– House of Lurasa reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
– Certain items (such as customized, altered, or “final sale” products) may be non-returnable. Such information will be mentioned on the product page, if applicable.

8. Size, Fit & Customization
  • Size charts are provided as a general guide. Minor variations in fit may occur due to fabric and design.
  • If customization or alterations are offered for a product, they will be based on the measurements you provide. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements shared by the customer.
  • Customized or altered pieces may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified defects.
9. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree that you will not:
